On this weeks episode I get to grips with the gritty world of Record Labels by interviewing a pioneer of the non-profit record label, Ian Smith. With his project Last Night From Glasgow, and his dedicated team, he hopes to bring back a more artist centred business and stop artists being left holding the bag.
